restaurant food quality and variety is good. service is excellent. for a 4 star rated hotel, breakfast should include fresh cut daily fruit not the CANNED type. rooms need an extra outlet for computer.

dinner menu variety and price is fair. internet connection fast and available. breakfast lacks fresh cut fruit necessary for 4 star! canned fruit is OK for 2 or 3 star. rooms need some repair/replacement of room rugs - old, worn and somewhat smelly. shower heads need cleaning. lack of checking tissue stock -close to empty.

The hotel did not say in description that the wellness facilities are closed over easter SUNDAY and MONDAY, although it did mention other days that it was closed.... this was a factor in my choosing this hotel in the area.
