1. Good location

1. You could hear the conversation of the next room. 2. Very incompetent staff, room not ready, did not expect us, unable to recommend sights placed to eat. 3. If you want breakfast you musy be at the buffet by 800am as the do NOT refill the buffet - we arrived at 0900 and they laughed and told us they could not refill the buffet! 4. I can not recommed this hotel to any one - unless the location is no.1 - The hotel is 50m from the station.
