The town of Tramacastilla de Tena is situated at a height of 1,244 metres, overlooking a hillside that dominates the Tena Valley. Being in the centre of the Aragonese Pyrenees, we offer a privileged situation with easy access to France.
The hotel El Privilegio de Tena is built on the grounds of an historic abbey of the 15th century. It is designed and planned by the architect Luis Serrano Castañer, who used the typical materials of the Pyrenean architecture.
In December 2003, the extension works of the hotel have been completed as an integral part that perfectly combines the interior and the exterior. Every room is individually created, although they all share the soft lighting and the colour shades, ranging from white to stone. The furniture of the hotel combines rustic style with modern design, offering an ambience of warmth and simplicity. All rooms as well as the hotel´s public area are bright and airy, providing a perfect blend of functionality and comfort.
We also offer a lot of other services like our health and comfort spa. Thanks to the hotel´s ideal location, our guests can take part in sport, water, adventure, and environmental activities.
