The evening staff were very polite and extremely helpful. When I left my purse in the taxi they spent the whole night phonig them and trying to get it back.
It was difficult to find and in the morning our taxi had to go about 10 minutes out of the way to get on the right side of the road for the airport. The lady on reception in the morning was less than helpful, she didn't speak a word of English (I should probably learn Spanish) but she didnt find anyone else that could help so I had to give up on my purse.
