Personnel work is magnificent. Surprisingly affable hospitable employees, always ready to help! The hotel territory is magnificent. The hotel is in the best place, in wood, is not so far from the sea Unfortunately, in number bad sound insulation

staff at reception got an approximative attitude. same situation in restaurant where any customer can hear waiters and kitchen staff screaminig and injuring colleagues. very bad presentation of a splendid structure. disgusting coffee (no coffe only foam) and orange(is it really orange???) juice from horrible machines

Hotel is 'nice' but is certainly not a four star rating. Good pool and tennis court and staff are very pleasant and ameniable. Staff speak good english. Buses near by can take you to Luvorno and Pisa very cheaply Not a four star rating at all. Breakfast okay, but no hot food unless you asked and paid for it. Rooms and lobby area all needing renovation. Can hear every noise from your bedroom. We were in room 108 with a view of the roof! When asked for a change stated they were full. Water was brown from the tanks and when you dried yourself you had brown marks on the towel! Restaurant was expensive for what you got
