My stay at this hotel was 1st class,the room was top notch accomadation. I have stayed in many hotels before,this has to be a must again when i visit sunderland in the future. The only down side was the swimming pool my wife and i was unable to go for a swim on the sunday because there was a party of kids staying at the hotel and they stayed in the pool most of the time.And on the monday we was unable to go again because they had arobic class in the pool. Apart from that the hotel was wonderful Mr S T LATHAM
