really enjoyed the stay. staff very good, room wonderful, very good for families particularly for a largely business hotel could do with more info in the room about the hotel and how to access public transport. would also have been useful to kow that they provided transport to the airport

found the hotel to far away from the airport and had to use taxis to get there and also to return to airport to travel into city centre

Raumtemperatur kann einfach nicht über 19 Grad gebracht werden. Es ist viel zu kalt. Nicht nur im Zimmer, auch in der Lobby und im Restaurant!

All the desk staff were fabulous - they went out of their way to help us with our child (found a baby cot at short notice, and rinsed and filled our baby bottle). Wish I could remember one woman's name in particular, because she was excellent. meals were very good, and well priced. Could not fault the breakfast. Free internet in lobby very good, though they may need to set up a second terminal (or a queueing system) to prevent people having to wait Hotel was excellent value for money - probably the main reason we would go back to a Mercure/NH hotel. Poor instructions regarding the free shuttle bus, meaning we needed to get a taxi (after waiting in the wrong place for twenty five minutes with a tired child). Thus we arrived at the hotel in a negative frame of mind. The difference between friendliness on the phone (short, quite unhelpful) and in person (excellent and helpful) was startling. Minor things: it would be good to have a jug available for boiling water in room (for baby milk); we could not confirm a cot through our internet booking, which could have been a problem. Not sure if anything can be done about this, but information varied somewhat as to the hotel's distance from the airport.
