Good value for money. The idea of providing a U-bahn free ticket during the period of stay is excellent since it saves time for us.

In the 2nd floor, I had no sounds from the traffic. But I overhead a person during braekfast indicating that 1st floor was noisy |

Overall, very satisifed with this hotel, as I have stayed there on numerous occasions. Absolutely terrific location, especially if you choose not to get a car in Stuttgart, and the pass for the transit system is an added bonus.

From an American perspective, the cost of in-room internet access is high, but not so bad in the context of other European hotels I have stayed in. |

Room was clean except bathroom.

Room was very hot. There was no way to let air in without alot of city noise. Bathroom floor was sticky. There was mildew in the shower. Breakfast and internet are free most places. Room appearance was like a dormitory. |

Members of the hotel staff were exceptionally gracious and helpful. The hotel in general, and my room in particular, was very clean and well appointed.

The room was constantly too warm for my liking. While utilizing the fan supplied in the room
helped, the fan was insufficiently capable of cooling the room without opening the window. Opening the window incereased the level of external noise entering the room, which was substantial as the hotel is in a high-traffic, downtown location. Otherwise, there was no noise from within (either from adjoining rooms or the hallway). Also, the pillow supplied was quite uncomfortable for me, likely as I am accustomed to an American/English style pillow. Offering such as an alternative would be quite a welcomed enhancement. |

| InterCity Hotel hat eine Vereinbarung mit der Deutschen Bahn, dass Bahn-Comfort-Kunden ein Upgrade auf die nächst höhere Zimmerkategorie erhalten. InterCity Hotel und die zugehörigen Mitarbeiter halten sich trotz verfügbaren Zimmern nicht an diese Vereinbarung und sind sogar bereit ihre Geschäftskunden dafür zu belügen. Einfach Schade! |
