The IB-Gästehaus is situated in the quarter Stuttgart-South. Within a few walking minutes you will reach the city centre with its various shops and restaurants. All our rooms are equipped with shower, toilet, telephone and TV. On the backside of the hotel you will find our sports studio with sauna, steam bath, solarium and workout machines. Private parking facilities are available for a fee.

If you are staying longer than 2 or 3 days, we recommend our spacious, furnished apartments, including a large living room, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, shower, toilet, telephone, and TV.
