Good value for money. Clean room, friendly staff, and sufficient breakfast for a hotel with this rating. Room little bit noisy even when you close the window if you have a city view room, although it never bothered me.

The Mack Hotel messed up my reservation by booking me for October instead of September. They did not have a room for me but did find me a room at the Merit Hotel. This review is for the Merit Hotel. The Merit advertising show what the Hotel looked like 10 years ago after remodelling and it is now in need of refurbishing. The shower had a rather large spot of mould. The 3 star rating they gave themselves is incorrect.
