staff does not provide a standard level of service. then you get a newspaper, then you dont, then they charge parking, then they dont, it's all very clumsy, though the effort and willingness is there, they just aren't skilled to the standards you find at holiday inn on the continent or the US. It's a shame. |

The hotel is well situated, welcoming and professionally run. The room was clean, uncluttered and calm. If the weather had been inclement and it had been necessary to spend more time in the room, it would have been pleasant to do so. The quality-price ratio was, therefore, excellent and we would certainly recommend the hotel at that price.
