The staff hotel is very competent, helpfull and friendly with the users. The location of the hotel is ideal for tourism because is near to transportation and also to the city center. More electricity points in the room. Safety box for example for personal computers.

Hotel is too Old. Clearly need renovation. Not aligned is actual standard. Everything is from the 70s...

It was our first trip to France and I was a little affraid about barrier of languages but it was excellent experience with staff in Hotel and in City. Thank You!

Good location Affordable Room was a bit noisy

- good value - very close to Petite France - staff speak good English and were helpful - car parking was 16 Euro / day (only find out when checking out) - when you arrive, you have to go inside and get the key before you can go into the car park (and there is nowhere to stop while you do this) - breakfast is also ~13.50 Euro pp (only find out when checking out) - Found it very difficult to find the hotel by car. Clear directions would be helpful. - Room was noisy at night
