 Convenient location (with airport shuttle every 30min from 4:15am). Very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet.
 Room was noisy, tried to get an early night because of an early morning flight the next day, but couldn't sleep due to noise from the hall and adjacent rooms. |

Staff very friendly and competent, especially in the gymn which I used twice
I hated having to pay 2 pounds to get to the hotel from the airport and 2 pounds to get back to the airport on their shuttle. |

Somewhere between a travelodge and a top class hotel, the staff, food and facilities are very good.
The shuttle bus is only once every half hour and not free. The room was rather small for the price. |

Friendly, efficient and very professional as usual at the Hilton. The hotel has some nice amenities (health club, restaurant etc.).
Some prices are a ripoff, e.g. a £2 "connection charge" for a toll free number. |
