In order to offer these tasty and delicious dishes our restaurant uses only fresh, especially chosen products, for example the quality meat from Val Badia, which we get directly from local butchers or from the own family-run butchery. Our Chef de cuisine, Rino De Candido, was nominated 'Maestro di Cucina' (Maitre de Cuisine) and ranks therefore among the best 100 cooks in Italy!
