The restaurant, with its panoramic sunset views, continually wins recognition, including being named “Best Restaurant within a Hotel” in the Good Food Guernsey Awards. Our Carte du Jour menu, which changes daily, offers diners a choice of fresh fish and shellfish caught within the bay itself, as well as a variety of meat dishes and vegetarian options. All hotel facilities will be available throughout this period with the exception of the following: The Health Suite and swimming pool will be closed 21 – 27/11/09, however guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and health club facilities of the hotel’s sister Hotel, La Trelade, which is 2 miles away. The Terrace Bar and Lounge will be closed 16/10/09 – 05/11/09, during which time the Cafe Renoir Bar will be used as the Resident’s Bar and Lounge. The hotel would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. |
