Staff were very friendly Had phoned to check on reservation and made sure I asked for a disabled room WITH a sea view - It was checked and I was told that they had made that arrangement and reserved me a parking space. When I arrived I did have a disabled room but no sea view! lucky the rooms were quite large as the lovely women on reception reloated me, noone knew anything about the parking until the next day, when I was told that an area had been put aside for me. I left a note for breakfast on my door and had to ring through as it was not delivered when it did arrive there was just ji=uice coffe and ceral (no toast etc). quite disapointed
