Very friendly staff; beautiful setting - looking out on deer from breakfast room, ruins, lake, just wonderfully relaxing. Old, with charm.
Bathroom smelt horrible (damp); heating had not been switched on (arrived 11.30 pm and told them!); key had not been charged.
