All the staff we came in contact with were extremely helpful, other members of staff had friendly smiles when passing. The first room allocated on our arrival had an aroma of stale cigarette smoke, due to the location of the room to the outside smoking area, we immediately contacted Hospitality/Reception and were re-allocated another room without any hesitation. The member of staff on duty mentioned that the matter would be related to house-keeping. The dining room and bar staff were friendly and efficient, most welcoming. The breakfast choices were just right. What a great idea locating a Pub on site.
We were not too keen on the piped music in the corridor outside the bedrooms. If all bathrooms are similar, a towel rail for the hand towel, by the sink/vanity unit would be an added bonus.){kind=link}
