The Hotel Gardenia is located by the main road connecting Desenzano del Garda to Peschiera del Garda, in the Colombare village, which is the entrance to Sirmione. The hotel is a 3- unit complex. The main building houses the reception, the restaurant, the breakfast lounge, the coffee bar as well as the reading lounge with a TV corner.

The hotel offers standard and superior rooms. The standard rooms are equipped with bathroom, hairdryer, TV, safe, adjustable air-conditioning, direct dial telephone and heating. Some rooms have balconies or terraces. The superior rooms additionally provide a dining area with sofa, large balcony, separate entrance and a reserved car park.
