I was granted a room on the top floor with Front view. The outside view is great
The Hotel could not probide WLan although it was stated in the reservation. I would not have choosen this hotel is I had known that onbeforehand. Reclamation at the front desk generated an ignorant receptionist who stated that it was not his fault but the provider's.
