The reception staff is awesome. Extremely helpful!! This is a great place to stay when visiting Siena. I have stayed there twice and would choose this hotel again, without hesitation.

Dear Sirs, I would say that the hotel is very good and nice place to have a rest in Siena. It is only one kilimeter from the historic center, so we even did not need a car. Also, the hotel has got a really very good restaurant and we could enjoy the food being not far from our accomodation place.
