Hotel room very comfortable - staff very polite and helpful - lovely and quiet at night even though hotel was full because of U2 concert at Don Valley - food lovely - very clean in all areas - would recommend

Two very small points that didnt affect the stay but should really have been sorted prior at £105 per night - piece of wood broken on side of bed and dirty net curtain with large tear - shame to have to give negatives and they are only small but hotel should maybe keep a better eye on small details as little things like this stay in the mind as well as the good points

Staff are friendly and helpful price including breakfast is good value with a good choice, Decor perhaps a little dated and although breakfast good value , bacon was rather like leather
