We used the hotel only for arriving late and leaving early, and didn't need much in the way of refinements. It was comfortable, particularly easy to find when arriving by motorway, with friendly, efficient staff. The online booking system was excellent, too. In fact it was exactly what we needed, and all anyone could possibly expect from a hotel at this excellent price. We could have paid a lot more for something no better
This is no reflection whatever on what we found in Sheffield, but why on earth say it has five stars? Surely it would make sense to use a grading system which permits meaningful comparison with other hotels in its class, which it has nothing to fear?){kind=link}
