 We had to rise early and they woke us as promised.
 They regarded a large deposit. We have not have this ever happen at another hotel. They had our credit card and you would think that is all you needed. |

Friendly Staff. Food good.
Not very clean. Lighting in room poor.
€12 for access to wifi internet very very expensive.
€8 for car park.
Quoted price plus wifi and carpark a bit of a rip off for travelling business person. |

Excellent front desk staff, location was perfect, restaurant dinner was good
Had asked for a room with 2 beds for myself and 23 yo daughter and was very unpleasantly surprised to get a room with 2 single beds pushed together which we then separated. The room was warm and the only cover on each bed was a duvet which was too hot; where was a top sheet? |

Location is excellent for travel to or from Shannon Airport - only 2 minutes walk across the carpark grounds.
Felt the food was a little bit expensive - main courses - limited enough selection available on it. Rooms downstairs - didnt seem to have an elevator as indicated on the website ? As were told to use the stairs - this was a big loss - especially when alot of baggage. |

Had to pay for Internet usage. No debit machines available, no way to control heat in room |

Staff were positive and friendly.
Very convenient location.
I was very happy with my stay.
The restaurant is functional and bland. Food OK but not exceptional, (except for the Atlantic Fish Chouder which was superb).
It is an Airport Hotel catering of customers who are intransit, you would not be expecting to stay for the hotel itself, but for its VERY convenient location. |
