All of the members of the hotel staff with whom I came into contact were very friendly, helpful, and sought to meet my needs all the time. Despite the windows being double-glazed, the traffic noises (general traffic noise as well as the tooting of horns) were passed through to the inside of the room. The situation did improve when I asked to be moved to the other side of the building. Even then - and on the 28th floor at that - you could hear the traffic. It was far better than on the Dongfang road side though. At breakfast, I was asked to sign what looked like a bill for breakfast. Although I was assured that I would not be billed separately (breakfast was included in the price), I think it would have been better if the hotel staff had told me about this when I checked in.
