Petit Palace Santa Cruz is a boutique-hotel located in the center of the town, touristic and shopping area. The hotel is an ancient palace from 16th century perfectly mixed with the highest technology and decoration. pictures of hotel lobby,and rooms are exactly as they are in reality, staff friendly and helpfull. Great location. There was no athmosphere in the hotel. We just passed the reception area, and the stylish loby to our room, no where to have a drink, well there was but clolsed for the four days of our visit. It felt like we were in an apartment rather than a four star hotel.

the hotel was well located and efficient, Seville is a charming city that lends itself easily to exploration on foot andthe hotel was well situated to do this for the price charged, the room felt cramped and due to the configuration a bit dark, the bathroom was fine, but at the cost of 370+ euros per nite, very ordinary rather than high end as indicated by the room rate...the staff was pleasant but did not seem overly connected, they were helpful but never queried as to how they might offer help or insights unless asked directly, at a high end hotel (or at least high cost) i would expect a concierge and a bit more interaction with the guests...internet access was fine, but in the public lobby...the bar? such as it is, was neither inviting nor did it appear to be staffed during the hours indicated

This hotel was convenient to all the city center activities. All were in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were passable with small bathroom.
