very helpful with room change as I was travelling with baby,and wanted ground floor. In restaurant also very kind, Full English breakfast was very good.
No help with luggage, no luggage trolleys
Wellness area was dirty, and noise allowed until midnight, this needs to be better insulated and watched to avoid other people's enjoyment being spoiled. Shame as the pool is super.){kind=link}
