The staff was polite and friendly.
The food had a good quality.
They took long to clean the tables at the restaurant, often, there were no dishes to serve the food. The restaurant service at the restaurant was usually quite slow and it took long time for the waitresses and waiters to bring the bill.
The renewable 24 hour internet service was not steady. Either there were no more passwords at the front desk or the connection was interrupted at night.
I did not get a friendly attitude upon departure.
