Breakfast disappointing - "hot" breakfast wasn't hot, had clearly been sitting there for a while. Also, business IT facilities disappointing - I would prefer to be able to print from my laptop. Finally, hotel lobby not at all insulated from outdoors - very cold sitting in lobby whenever doors were opened and cold breeze came in.
