 The Laundry services is really bad. The stain on the pant and woolen jacket didn't even go/removed after paying so much money for dry cleaning. LAUNDRY SERVICE IS VERY BAD IF STAYING FOR LONGER PERIOD. |

Very friendly staff, easy and comfortable access to SAP Headquarters with the shuttle.
Once I had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle when returning to the hotel. |
