The apartment was enormous with far more space than was really necessary and well appointed.

The location is extremely odd. Although it is well located, it is very uninviting from the outside with the car park on the site of a demolished house. The reception area cum pub appeared to be full of hardened drinkers which made it less than inviting and there were some very odd characters hanging around there. Worse still, access to the apartment was via a seedy alley at the end of which appeared to be a sex video shop, not really what we wanted the kids to see.

the external wall presented some big cracks and the plaster was absent on the left side. The rooms are at the second floor and there isn't the elevator.
