The location was excellent for our needs for one overnight stay. We were in transit from Croatia to the USA and needed to stay overnight to acomodate our plane connections. Perfect for us.
I thought it was a little more pricey than other nearby facilities. |

i had thought there would be a train to the hotel from the airport..i was pleasantly surprised to find one just has to falldown from the airport to be there !!

A very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the high quality of your hotel, even though our stay was very brief.
No real problems at all. A tour arrived just before we did,and the staff was briefly overwhelmed and the atmosphere somewhat chaotic, again, only briefly. Perhaps one member of the check-in staff should be left free to check other guests into the hotel |

Nice and clean, great location across from Wien airport.
The room was very warm, and remained so all night. We were charged 19 Euros/ per person for breakfast, which we did not have, so it was removed. |

the hotel is even closer to the airport than described. I didn't have much time to enjoy the facilities. I just stayed overnight

They have a few add-on fews that seemed excessive, eg internet access. |

The bed was incredibily comfortable. Everything
one could need was provided.
We ate at the very expensive restaurant and were not very hungry so we did not go to the buffet. The meal was extremely overpriced and we did not
care for the dish we got. |

Location (for one-day visits to Wienna) perfect, as connections to the city are fast, cheap and efficient.
Internet-connection (by SWISSCOM) was highly unreliable, and too expensive. Pay-TV system was partly useless. |

Though we only stayed one night, we were very prositively impressed by NH Vienna Airport. We did not have breakfast or use the excercise facilities so we cannot comment on that. Our experience and overall impression is very positive and we will certainly recommend the hotel and will stay at an NH hotel in future trips.

| We asked for a wake up call at 6:30 AM. Instead we received the wake up call at 6:00 AM. We then asked for a wake up call at 7:00 AM. This wake up call never happened! Very disapponiting service. |
