Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet is of good quality, albeit a little limited in range. The area is very quiet (the planes from the nearby airport do not fly over it, and cannot be heard).
The rooms are very small. The outside of the hotel could use a paint job, but the inside is very well kept.
