The hotel is correct - clean, pleasantly decorated and close to the departure of Costa cruises, which is why we continue to go there.
The staff of COSTA cruises deserve 10/10 for politeness, friendliness and willingness to please. The staff on the reception desk of the hotel do not deserve more than 4/10. Their behaviour towards the clients is very close to being rude. When they told us the parking was full and that they never reserve, they gave us the impression we were nothing more than a nuisance. We insisted on having a parking place and eventually, after speaking to the manager, miraculously one was available. They should learn some manners. We shall continue to go to this hotel each time we take a cruise as we have no other choice being so near to the Costa terminal.
