Due to replacement the hotel is closed in January and February 2010. The Hotel Macia Donana is located opposite to the playa de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where the most typical restaurants of the area are and opposite to the pine groves in the natural reserve of Doñana's National Park. In addition, the guests will be able to relax in the hotel's peaceful swimming pool while sunbathing in the large solarium. The hotel has 94 rooms, most of which offer a big balcony and magnificent views of the beach. Every room is widely equipped with complete bath, air conditioning and satellite TV with digital channels. In reference to the gastronomy, the hotel offers a buffet of distinct breakfasts and dinners in addition to restaurant service with an extended schedule.
