Location.

Was woken on Friday and Monday with construction in the corridors and glue fumes. I was not made aware of any planned maintenance and there was no reduction in the fee. Waited 20 minutes for breakfast, but the warming dishes were all empty and not refilled. |

The hotel is v v old & is not worth paying 165 +tax per night. It's not like a regualr Marriott Courtyard hotel. |

The fitness center is on the level of a upscale fitness club. The hotel staff was excellent at helping with questions and concerns. The staff was also very friendly.

The location of the hotel works for my needs. The bellmen are always very courteous.

The staff in the dining room during breakfast on Wednesday morning upset me. The rooms are a little overpriced considering the amneties, bedding, etc. |

The pillows are comfortable on the beds and the amount of them is a good amount. Also, breakfast was a good selection and well done.And the room and area around the beds needed to be vaccummed. There were used wrappers on the floor.

The description says they have luxary bedding, the bed leaves a lot to be desired. They are hard as rocks! You can see that they have recently renovated the rooms, but they did NOTHING to improve the bedding. Get some pillowtop mattresses, foam toppers, something! The bed sheets are not luxuary either. Lunch and dinner menus leave a lot to be desired. |

I like this hotel due to the location. It's close to my office where I work and also close to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is a remodeled Bank building built in 1920's that makes it a rather unique Courtyard hotel. The location provides numerous dinning choices within walking distance.

I enjoyed my stay during this visit more than my previous visits. I was upgraded to an Ocean View room which was larger than the standard rooms. It was more comfortable for the duration of the stay.

I like this hotel for the close proximity to the restaurants and shopping the area. Everything is within walking distance.

I didn't like the fact that this structure is very old, therefore the hotel has a lot of amenities that could be more up-to-date, which is what I am accustomed to. |

The hotel was very nice for the SAP corporate rate available. And the location is absolutely great. It's close to shopping and restaurants...no car is needed.

The hotel was described on the hotel.de website a little different than in reality. The hotel is nice, but I'm not impressed as much with the fact that it is a landmark building. I like more modern buildings and decor. |
