| I selected this hotel because it stated that it was handicap accessible. When we arrived, we discovered that the elevator was out of service, and had been so for several weeks. The sign on the elevator states that it would be out of service until May, yet there is no warning for guests when booking rooms at the hotel. The receptionist did not offer to find us a room at another IBIS hotel, nor was she very sympathetic to my mother-in-law's reduced mobility. As we did not have the means to find new accomodations for the stay, as we needed three rooms, we stayed but my mother-in-law suffered getting up the steps to her room. We will never stay at this hotel again. |
