Our plain, German cuisine offers seasonal dishes and weekly two menus to choose from. We purchase our sausages and meat from our local butchery that has its own slaughterhouse. We have menus that change weekly at the “Hotel-Restaurant Zur Dampfmühle” like the traditional goose feast in November and December. The tasty meat is purchased from the “Bubenheimer Hof” where animals are kept according to the needs of their species.
For an excursion the ruins of the monastery in Beselich or a guided tour of the marble quarries in and around Schupbach are ideal.
