The South African girl on reception was very helpful and friendly, as was the staff member we met in the car park who showed us the way into the hotel. Overall we had a very positive experience and would most certainly stay at this hotel again or recommend it to a friend.

Drivers should be informed that the hotel is in the old City with Arches and very narrow streets. Parking at the hotel is essential and costs 6 euros per night but your only 100m.from the Rathaus.
