The staff all appeared to be very welcoming and friendly. The bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly, but not necessarily competent. They were confused with courses, tables and who had ordered what. Although we were there for a very busy evening ie Valentine's Day, we did expect somewhat better. NB busy does not mean a reduction in quality or service.
