Located over six floors; the hotel is furnished in a classic; sober and elegant style and strongly features the use of wood which gives it a special warmth. The public areas of the hotel are very comfortable and welcoming. In the bar and reading lounge our guests will find the peace in which to organize their vacation; assisted by our highly qualified staff that will always be available to give advice and information. All rooms have recently been restored and tastefully furnished in a classic style; with solid wood furniture; fine fabrics and luxury finishes. All rooms have air conditioning; climate control; direct dial phone; mini bar; hairdryer; Satellite TV with Pay per View; a safe; a desk; a private bathroom and electronic magnetic keys. Rooms with a balcony are available on the 5th and 6th floors. There is free public parking available in front of hotel and a paid garage parking is located 150m from the hotel. Additional Information: Children aged 2 and under stay free in the room with parents and in existing bedding. Children aged 3-11 receive a 50pct reduction when sharing with an adult. Location
	The hotel is located in the centre of Rome and is just 300m away from the Termini Railway Station and is opposite the National Library. La Sapienza University is not far away and it is conveniently situated close to all major transport links and cultural attractions.

	Starting point: Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport Direction: NE Exit Fiumicino Airport and head northwest on Viale di Porto towards Via Mizar. Turn left at Via delle Idrovore di Fiumicino and then turn left at Viale di Coccia di Morto. Continue straight ahead and stay on Viale di Coccia di Morto. Turn left at Viale del Lago di Traiano. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the Via dell Aeroporto di Fiumicino-SS296 ramp. Merge onto Via dell Aeroporto di Fiumicino-SS296. At Piazza Umberto Nobile take the 1st exit onto Via Alessandro Guidoni. At Piazza dei Tredici Aviatori Caduti a Kindu take the 1st exit onto the Via Mario De Bernardi ramp. Merge onto Via Mario De Bernardi. Continue on the A91. Continue on Viadotto della Magliana and take the ramp to Via Cristoforo Colombo. Turn right at Via Cristoforo Colombo. Continue on Viale dell Industria and then turn left and then right at Via Cristoforo Colombo. Continue on Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. Bear right at Piazzale Numa Pompilio and turn left to stay on Piazzale Numa Pompilio. Continue on Viale delle Terme di CaracalStarting point: Ciampino Airport Direction: NW Exit Ciampino Airport and head northwest towards Via Francesco Baracca in Localita Casale Fiorano. Turn left at Via Francesco Baracca in Localita Casale Fiorano. Bear right to stay on Via Francesco Baracca in Localita Casale Fiorano and then bear left to stay on Via Francesco Baracca in Localita Casale Fiorano. At the roundabout take the 1st exit and stay on Via Francesco Baracca in Localita Casale Fiorano. At the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the Via Appia Nuova-SS7 ramp. Merge onto Via Appia Nuova-SS7. Merge onto A90-E80 via the ramp to Tuscolana-Firenze-SS215-A25-A24-Pescara-E45-Napoli-L Aquila-A1. Take exit 14 towards Firenze-Tangenziale Est-Roma-A25-E35-A24-Pescara-E45-Napoli-L Aquila-A1-Teramo. Keep left at the fork to continue towards the A24.
