Hotel is situated in a nice, and safe, area of Rome. Hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is clean and room was fine. Very good connections from the hotel by bus:15 mins to Termini Station. Fantastic value for money! Hotel is located on a very busy road, so some traffic noise can be heard in the room (but most hotels in Rome will have a similar problem).

Very helpful staff. My room was very large (for Rome and for the price). Amazingly good mattress. Location is not very central, but bus and tram connection is excellent, stops very near. Many minor faulty things (wardrobe doors don't shut well etc). Noise from the street and also from some teenagers in corridors. No hairdryer. But everything is normal for the price category in Italy.
