 Upon returning to my room my safe was not working, where I placed previously valuables and cash. I reported it and the front office manager came shortly to reset it with his password. The next day I discovered I was missing money. I was told it was impossible, tough the Front Office manager apologized for the inconvenience nothing can be done. Also to mention I have placed the do not disturb sign on the door and i discovered my room was cleaned by the time I came back in the evening. Overall the hotel is nice but this theft ruined my trip. |

 The entire atmosfere is quite modern but not familiar.
Some furniture stuff in the rooms seems to be quite used a lot. |

| Hotel staff (reception) were very unfriendly and reluctant to help. hotel itself felt very sterile. I would only recommend the hotel to a single person on a business trip who requires no communication with the hotel staff. Hotel was out of the way for many taxis. |

- good quality/price ratio
- friendly staff
- far away from the center and shuttle bus only leaves 2/3 times per day
- only thing is missing is to put your shower gel on something in the shower |

| When we are arrived, our reservation was not founded from receptionist. We have wait more than one hour without receive any info. This is not a great work considering that we have received an e-mail and a sms, about the positive confirm of our reservation, two hours before our arrival in the hotel. Is not the first time.. and this seems to be a "bit confusion" in reception desk |

very friendly and accommodating receptionists generally - ready and willing to help me with everything
it was quite difficult to find out bus schedule for city center connection /bus nr. 508/ - should be available at hotel lobby on the easy accessible place with possibility to take copy of it
a bus driver didn't know the name of bus stop Tenuta della Mistica - so it was really hard to get out the bus at right stop.
IMHO shlould help to place some ad "next bus stop Tenuta della Mistica" with hotel name and logo on foregoing bus stop. ;-) |

This is a very nice hotel as decribed on the site. The rooms were very clean and neat.
The bathroom and bathfittings are very attractive and working.
This hotel is indeed value for money. Internet access is very cheap 6 Euro/day. As television sets are internet enabled no need to carry laptop.
The hotel falls in city outskirts. Connectivity is the main issue.
Travelling by public transport to city centre takes almost 1.5 hours.
A step by step decription should be posted on the site on how to reach the hotel using public transport. |
