The hotel room (bed and amenties) were excellent. The parking facilities, clean and bright, was exceptional. The automatic doors etc were very good. We did not use the wellness facilites however they appeared to be excellent.

The one thing we found most frustrating was the lack of easily available wifi in our room. All the hotels we've stayed in in the last couple of years have offered wifi for free, no questions asked. The instructions in the room were inaccurate. There was no cable in the room. We were at the front desk asking about the wifi and received conflicting instructions which resulted in several conversations. Finally, a staff memberr came to our room and spent about 15 - 20 minutes on the phone with Orange to get us a useable password, etc. This situation will probably result in us not choosing Novatel in the future. |

Great value for money, particularly the wellness center. the restaurant was better than expected. we particularly enjoyed a fine chablis.

No smoking room but balcony had many cigarette butts left in a heap |

Hotel comfortable. On return we stayed in another hotel, closer to the terminal. Our flight was delayed from Dubai so we missed our TGV connection. This hotel was overpriced and not nearly so comfortable. We wished we had taken the shuttle bus and gone back to the Novotel!
