You should know that this was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in all my travels. I will travel here frequently and this will be my hotel of choice from now on. The staff is trained in customer service, that is apparent and what a pleasure it is to do business with them. I hope to frequent this hotel in the future. They made a point to come to my room to make sure my internet was working, I received a personal call while on the phone and they went out of their way to make sure I got the message, they made sure I got to the right terminal for my flight, they made sure I had a newspaper to read since I was dining alone, the list goes on and on. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and it was a wonderful visit. I have stayed at other hotels in the area as I have a house outside of Paris and I fly in there frequently. I will no longer search for a hotel as this will be where I stay from now on. It is simple to catch the RER into the city and easy access to the airport. All very very convenient and I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is to be commended as is the management. Very impressive!!
