 We had a fabulous experience at this hotel! The room was beautiful and spacious with a lovely balcony. Parking was free. We had laundry to do and the staff did it all for us (wouldn't let us do it) and they did it for free. Dinner at the restaurant ambience and decor were nice and the food was very good too - I liked that non smoking was separate from smoking. The breakfast buffet had lots of selection. They had lots of tourist info available on site including maps. We also had use of their computer and great advice from the staff to plan our next day's route. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its quality, service, ambience, and food.

A very nice family owned hotel in a quiet location. We payed 70EUR for a large double room, which is a good price-quality ratio. It takes about 10 min by car to get to the castles
 There is no entertainment outside of the hotel, as the hotel is in a very quiet location |

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were larger than most. I loved the balcony.
I should have specified a room on a lower level. This was my fault and not theirs. We were on the 3rd level and with no elevator, it was a problem for me. I have bad hips and knees. |

Michael and his staff were very friendly. The halfboard option was perfect and the meals were excellent. Great hotel and location. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

a family run hotel, but I like it very much. The staff are friendly; room is spaciou and clean; especially with beautiful land view; a railway station is right bahind the hotel

I think the address of hotel location as it appers on hotel.de should be changed - the hotel is physically located not in Reutte but in Pflach.
It is very confused (in case someone wants to travel by train).

| The hotel is not in Reutte. It is in Pflach village, which is next to Reutte. Because of this we did not find the hotel at first. After calling the hotel they have told us that it is in Pflach. |

This Hotel was better than expected. The rooms were quite large the view from the window was spectacular. The food in the restaurant was superb. The staff though speaking little english made you feel welcome and took very good care of us. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The stay at the hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. A very short trip to Fussen and Nueschwanstein. The train stops right behind the hotel
Este es un excelente hotel. Con cuartos grandes y limpios y una vista de los montanas increible. La comida en el restaurante fue bien delicioso y los empleados fueron bien amables. Definativamente recomendamos este hotel.
