 Excellent breakfast (not included in room price however)
 Room very small with little storage space. Stairway/hallway unclean. Staff OK but not exactly friendly either. Overheard all a member of staffs comments to an oriental guest regarding costs, when to pay for room etc. from sofa in lounge on the evening of 29th September (very loud and indiscrete because of language barrier). Excellent view of city from breakfast area is not exactly correct, since the breakfast area doesn't overlook the old city. It overlooks the new city. Costs of breakfast for 2 any car parking add an extra 30€ per day to the bill which makes the price/performance ratio poorer. |

Staff of this hotel is one of the best I've experienced ever. They're super friendly and super helpful.
Breakfast is totally too expensive, has a 10 euro tag, but for this money you can virtually eat on every Bavarian city centre a full meal. |

Nice central location, no pretensions and generally clean and functional
It would be nice if they could have provided a small kettle and a small fridge in the room as well. |

Very accommodating staff especially on check in as the room wasn't quite ready, even though we were ahead of the scheduled check in time, we were provided with a complimentary drink.
Hotel location was nearer to the old town than we had anticipated.
Room was airless and very hot but due to proximity to the station if we opened the window we couldn't hear anything for the trains. Air conditioning would improve the comfort especially during the summer |
