Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was better than expected based on the price.

Very good bed, but an odd lumpy duvet. The breakfast is average, but acceptable. Well-located close to the Hauptbahnhof, bus stations, and city centre facilities.
The room was quite basically decorated, and parts are getting scruffy. The front rooms face the main shopping street, and can get noisy with the window open. |

I have stayed several times at this hotel and it is one of those I most consider when making one of my thrice-yearly visits to Regensburg.

Conveniently situated. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast.
Room facilities rather basic and austere (no comfortable chair). Clean, but in need of decoration and new carpets. |

We had not travelled to Europe before. We found the staff conversant in good English which was important to us, so we were not afraid to ask questions. The staff were informative and friendly
