I was very dissatisfied with this hotel. The room was dusty with cobwebs hanging off the walls and dead flies on the windowsill. There was poo stains on the toilet that I had to clean myself with the toilet brush provided. I was staying at the hotel as a student and took with me some pot noodles however I was unable to use them and one was wasted as I opened one and went to fill the kettle to find lots of grey dirt and limescale in the kettle. It was absolutely disgusting. Hotel staff were told and said they had no other kettle or cleaning equipment and they would take the kettle and sort it the next day. They did indeed take the kettle but never brought it back!! So I could have no pot noodle and no cup of tea. I had to spend money on eating out. I am disgusted and quite frankly do not intend to use your service again if this is what I can expect. A 4* hotel... your having a laugh.
