 Close to the airport; they have a shuttle running every 30 min. between the airport and the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice and prompt. Very good hotel for airflight travelers.
 Room badly soundproof; also, during the day we could hear the airplanes flying pretty low. |

In the past when using FRA we have stayed at a Mercure in Raunheim. NH is superior in every way and on our next trip we will definitely stay at NH again.

Water and Juice in the Lobby in the morning for those who didn't have time for breakfast.
Sauna area is very nice.
Bottled water in the room is too expensive. A coffee/tea maker in the room would be nice. |

| I made a resevation for a non-smoking room. Upon arrival, no non-smoking room was available. I received no prior notice. The asigned room was noisy (badly soundproof) and the bathroom was much below the standard for this hotel/price category. |

| When we checked In, I asked the person on the reception for breakfast and he said you could have it complimentary. As we were not sure, we asked again in evening and he said yes it's complimentary.
However, when we checked out on Sunday morning after staying for 5 days, he was not there and this wasn't mentioned on their computer system. Hence we were forced to pay 221Euros without any fault.
The point is we could pay the money, no problem. However, when the person said you could have it complimentary then they should put this into their system. |

Hotel has friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Restaurants are in area..if you turn left leaving parking lot, Free Internet (2 terminals) in lobby. Free bus to Airport. Free parking in fairly large lot. Very clean rooms and public areas. Have stayed her 4 times and feel this is best in area. Train to Frankfurt from airport or Raunheim station
Food rather pricey but restaurants 5 or 10 minute walk. |
